Cuvée Cristal was born in 1876, created in response to the exacting tastes of Tsar Alexander II. Each year Louis Roederer set aside his best cuvée, specially designed for its prestige: a crystal bottle with a flat base. This exceptional vintage quickly came to be associated with the name of this precious material, exalting its light and transparent quality.
