Château Minuty
Situated in the Provençal village of Gassin, in Presqu'ile de St Tropez, this domain from the days of Napoleon III has been owned by the Matton-Farnet family for 3 generations.
Acquired by Gabriel Farnet in 1936, Château Minuty has, from as early as 1955, distinguished itself as a Côtes de Provence cru classé. The care brought to the vines and wine making process has allowed Minuty to be put on the finest menus in the French Riviera, and from there it has spread throughout the whole of France and over 75 countries. Their cuvées put their mark on refined estate wines with two emblematic wines, "Minuty 281" and "Minuty Rosé et Or," which combine power and finesse, rising to the status of favourite wine in recent times.
