Château d’Esclans Garrus
This rosé is considered to be the best in the world! Made from 80-year-old vines and fermented in very limited quantities, Garrus is composed of 70%Grenacheand 30%Rolle. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand from sunrise to noon and the grapes are placed into small boxes to avoid oxidization. Fermentation, carried out entirely in oak barrels, lasts for 10 months.
Silky tannins allow this gastronomic rosé to express itself, perfect when paired with white meat in sauce or with delicate, salted white fish.
